Farmstand manager

Rosaly’s Garden is offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to fill a full time manager role in our farmstand. The Farmstand Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service, representing Rosaly’s Garden and our products, as well as maintaining stock and order of the Farmstand. This position will teach a great deal of product knowledge as well as information about our farm for you to share with our customers.

greenhouse manager

This position focuses primarily in maintaining and managing our tunnel operations. Organizing tasks for the field crew including water schedules, planting, pruning, trellising, weeding and harvesting. We are looking for an individual who has a love of high quality food, enjoys working with others, is passionate about organic growing practices and can be flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of farm responsibilities.

Field crew

Our field crew is the backbone of our farm! The field crew position involves many aspects of vegetable and flower production including seeding, harvesting, planting, pruning, and weeding. We want you to walk away from a season at Rosaly’s Garden with a firm understanding of nurturing fertile ground for food, creativity and community, using certified organic growing practices.
